Love the renovations and improvements the owners have made to the building over the last two years! They turned the unused back lot (which was an unkempt overgrown dirt patch) into a nice children's playground, a turf sports field, and a nice covered picnic area for us to BBQ. This apartment building is cleaner than it has ever been and it seems that the general neighborhood is safer and more family-oriented than ever.
Property managers are really friendly and great at what they do. They respond quickly to maintenance issues and are always easy to talk to.
